Optima Recruitment Limited are seeking an Installation Technician to join their growing team. Based in Epsom, you will deliver, assemble and install large equipment at customer sites across the UK.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys practical work, travel and providing excellent customer service. The position is Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours, with overtime and a company pension, plus on-site parking in the Epsom area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery, installation or field-based role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Good practical/DIY skills with the ability to use hand tools confidently.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling large, heavy items.
• Friendly, professional manner with excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Our client is a well‑established specialist distributor and installation business seeking an Installation Technician to join their growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving the delivery, assembly and installation of large equipment at customer sites across the UK. The position would suit someone who enjoys practical work, travelling and providing excellent customer service.

• Based in Epsom
• Basic c£28,000 + Overtime OTE £33,000
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm + overtime
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Parking onsite

Additional information

• Basic salary: £28,000 plus paid overtime (OTE circa £32,000).
• Overtime available, typically adding £400-£500 per month depending on workload.
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, plus overtime.
• Based in the Epsom area.

• Occasional UK travel, including approximately two overnight stays per month.
