Job description

Join our team as an Installation Scheduler to support our team on a fixed-term basis covering a period of maternity leave. In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate reactive and planned installation work. Your mission will be to efficiently schedule appointments that meet our customers' needs while optimising resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Connect with new and existing customers to schedule suitable appointment dates.
  2. Serve as the primary support and point of contact for field-based Sales Representatives and Installers.
  3. Schedule reactive and planned tasks efficiently, considering location, skills required, and response times.
  4. Optimize diaries to maximize productivity, maintaining flexibility for changing priorities.
  5. Follow up on incomplete jobs and reallocate them according to service level agreements.
  6. Identify upselling opportunities proactively.
  7. Contribute to achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
  8. Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  9. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in keyboarding and experience with CRM software (Salesforce advantageous).
  3. Experience in scheduling roles is beneficial but not essential.
  4. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
  5. Manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently.
  6. Ability to provide clear, detailed information and advice positively.
  7. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a supportive work environment.
  8. Proven ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  9. Professionalism, openness to feedback, and adaptability to change.
