You will join our Installations Planning team, helping to coordinate IT installations across our depots and offices while building your knowledge and taking on more responsibility.

This is a full time role based 4 days onsite at our office in Northampton or Watford with 1 day from home. There may be some travel to depots therefore a full UK driving license is essential.

  • Tracking progress, spotting issues early and helping to keep work on schedule
  • Providing clear updates to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Supporting network and telephony incidents and service requests, and helping ensure agreed service levels are met
  • Helping improve planning processes so the team can work more efficiently
What we're looking for
  • Above all, we are looking for a strong planner and coordinator. You might already work in installations, scheduling, field service, project support, administration, logistics, IT support or telecommunications and be ready for your next step.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the confidence to manage several priorities at once
  • A clear and proactive communication style
