Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting an experienced Installations Manager to lead 4+ installation teams across the UK, coordinating vehicle inspection pits and substructures to high standards.

Based in Quadring, Spalding, Lincolnshire, you will remotely manage teams with regular site visits, oversee budgets, health and safety, and ensure on-time delivery while liaising with customers and production.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site management.
• CSCS card holder.
• Groundworks experience.
• Good knowledge of health and safety.
• Full driving licence.

Are you an experienced Construction Manager or Supervisor looking for a new challenge and job satisfaction?

We currently recruiting an experienced Installations Manager to manage and support 4+ teams working throughout the UK installing vehicle inspection pits and substructures, while maintaining their high standards.

For over 35 years, the company have been designing, manufacturing and installing a range of prefabricated steel maintenance pits for the commercial vehicle, PSV and Railway industries across the UK and internationally. Their clientele include major blue chip companies. Additionally, they also manufacture bespoke steel substructures for various below ground applications, from gym landing pits to bases for large industrial machines.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting 4+ installation teams working throughout the UK. You will be based in Quadring, Spalding, and will remotely manage the teams, with regular visits to sites as and when required.
