Installation & Testing Electricians - Social Housing Contracts

Location: Midlands (Field-Based)

Salary: £17 per hour + OTE £45,000-£50,000

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a qualified electrician looking for consistent work, great support, and clear earning potential? DCS Engineering is working with a well-established electrical and building contractor who is expanding their technical team. We are recruiting skilled Installation and Testing Electricians to join their growing team. Our client has secured long-term social housing contracts across the region, and we are seeking electricians who take pride in quality, safety, and customer service.

You will be supported by an experienced and approachable team of Managers and Supervisors ready to assist you in succeeding.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition (Amendment 2), 2391 or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification
• At least 2 years' experience in testing and electrical installation (social housing experience preferred)
• A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence

What You'll Get

• Hourly rate of £17.00 (based on experience)
• Realistic OTE of £45,000-£50,000 per year
