Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking an Installation Technician to cover a regional Leicester patch, installing garage doors at domestic properties and supporting pre-booked appointments. You will join a team, shadow seniors, and work on both installations and occasional repairs across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and the West Midlands.

Typical week is Monday to Friday with two jobs per day, ample training, and overtime opportunities. A valid UK work permit is assumed.

Qualifications

• Some experience within trades, domestic properties and/or installations.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

Do you have a trade or installation background working within domestic properties? Are you looking for a role offering a regional patch, job security and the chance to work for the direct manufacturer themselves? Do you want a new role within a multisite group known for their excellent staff retention and first class training and development?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an installation technician to join the team and cover the Leicester area. You will be attending multiple pre booked appointments in the region working on both one off installations at home owners properties as well as servicing large new build/housing contracts where you will complete multiple installations on one site. You will have senior members to shadow to get up to speed and will work with a larger team when servicing larger accounts.

The company manage a national operation where they design, manufacture, install and service a range of automatic Garage Doors & equipment to households across the UK. They have an excellent reputation built on years of satisfied customers, great reviews and quality work. You will have a junior engineer working with you to support and will work with a larger team when servicing larger accounts.
