Job summary

Vorboss is expanding its London fibre network and seeking experienced, proactive Installation Technicians to deliver high-quality installations and maintain network integrity across the city.

Based in London, you will work across various environments from street-level infrastructure to customer premises, ensuring reliable connectivity and exceptional service while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• To have the physical capability of fulfilling all job responsibilities.
• To consistently represent Vorboss, at both customer and building sites, with the utmost professionalism and respect.
• To work well in teams, as well as independently when required. You will work closely with our field operations team, warehouse and logistics teams, planning engineers, and customer success teams.
• Great communication skills.
• To be reliable, and to be responsible for the important work you will be carrying out.
• Take pride in everything you do, constantly representing Vorboss in the best light.
• A full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• To build and maintain our fibre network in the streets of London, including surveying and completing installations in some of the most prestigious office space in London.
• To perform detailed and technical fibre installations and networking jobs to serve our customers.
• To complete physical work, involving handling equipment and moving chamber lids.
• To have the endurance to work in many environments (outdoors, indoors, underground, and at height).
• To maintain fibre installation equipment and company vehicles to a reasonable standard.

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced, proactive, and collaborative Installation Technicians. With our London fibre network now fully built, the focus of this role is on delivering high-quality installations, maintaining network integrity, resolving faults, and connecting customers to our infrastructure.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you will work across London, delivering exceptional service from street‑level infrastructure through to customer premises. You will play a critical role in ensuring our network performs to the highest standards and that customers experience seamless, reliable connectivity.
