Job Title: Installation Supervisor - Water Sector

My Client is recruiting for an Installation Supervisor in the Water Sector.

Key Skills Required:

• Water Sector Experience

Location: Based out of our Bracknell branch, with site visits across the UK.

Role Overview:

Join our Installations Team to oversee installation projects on customer sites. You will lead on-site teams, ensure safety compliance, and manage project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise all aspects of installation projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
2. Coordinate with the Installation Manager and communicate project progress and issues.
3. Ensure RAMS are briefed and adhered to; check equipment quality before installation.
4. Manage on-site safety, including risk assessments and safe work practices.
5. Support team members, including subcontractors and drivers, and assist with vehicle loading/unloading.
6. Participate in a call-out rota and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working on construction sites with a good understanding of safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and on call.
• Valid UK driving license with fewer than 6 points.
• Preferred: NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision, SSSTS, IOSH Managing Safety, Forklift license, CSCS gold card, Water Hygiene Card, industry experience.
