Provide facilities support as part of a team to ensure that building infrastructure (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and grounds are available, maintained, repaired, and improved in a safe and compliant state, suitable for business operational needs. This includes joining a one-week in 6 on-call rota. You may be required or requested to work paid overtime in accordance with the Company's overtime policy. Overtime is not guaranteed.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and undertake electrical installation and fault-finding activities, corrective works, improvements, and manage the LOTO program.
• Perform planned and unplanned facilities related maintenance, inspections, repairs, and upgrades in line with instructions, standards, and support projects, factory acceptances, new product introductions, 5S, KPI updates, and improvement initiatives.
• Update, maintain, and improve SCARA and PLC programs and capabilities.

Who you are:

• Multi-skilled Technician with an electrical bias and good working knowledge of SCADA and PLC programming and management. HNC/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical discipline. 18th edition & Initial and periodic Inspection and testing 2391.52 desired.
• Technical understanding of building distribution, load management, billing, and sustainability.
• Team player with a safety mindset and good communication skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience within a manufacturing and/or clean room environment, understanding of HVAC, extraction systems.
• Qualifications and/or demonstrated competency in supportive disciplines e.g., FGAS, Freeze Dryers, welding, fire standards/certification...
