Teach Plus Limited is recruiting a dedicated KS2 Teacher for a Year 5 class in Southall, Ealing, starting January 2027. This full-time post is for two terms with potential extension, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils' progress, confidence and development.

Qualifications

• QTS or relevant qualification required.
• Enhanced DBS with Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across Year 5.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress to inform planning.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that supports inclusion.
• Support pupils with varied abilities and learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, TAs and leadership to uphold standards.
• Communicate with parents and carers about pupil progress and wellbeing.
