Job summary

You will work with a supportive school team, contribute to safeguarding, promote positive pupil welfare, and participate in regular development opportunities to help all pupils access outstanding education.

Qualifications

• GCSEs with Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification accepted.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
• Experience with SEND pupils is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support learning in classrooms, small groups, and 1-1 as directed.
• Assist with lunchtime supervision and pupil wellbeing.
• Provide feedback to teachers after activities and progress checks.
• Support safeguarding and report concerns promptly to DSLs.
• Engage pupils through creative, engaging learning activities.
