Job summary

Hillcroft Primary School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant team on a permanent basis. You will support children's education and development within a school setting, assisting in delivering educational programmes and helping students achieve their full potential.

The role requires GCSE English and Maths, basic IT skills, strong communication, time management and a professional approach, with safeguarding in line with GLF Schools' policies.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above)
• Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify instructions and engage students effectively
• The ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and follow teacher guidance
• A professional and confidential approach to working with children
• Strong time management and organisation skills to maintain records and assist in classroom setup
