Job summary

Hillcroft Primary School in England is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant team on a permanent basis. You will support teaching staff by delivering educational activities and helping pupils with learning tasks, under guidance.

The right candidate will have GCSE English and Maths, basic IT skills, and strong communication, planning and organisational abilities. Commitment to safeguarding and working with children is essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above)
• Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks
• Strong communication, with the ability to engage students effectively
• Ability to plan, prioritise tasks and follow teacher guidance
• Professional and confidential approach to working with children
• Strong time management and organisation to maintain records and assist in classroom setup
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with GLF Schools' policies
