Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources for varied abilities and needs.
- Create an inclusive, well-structured classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils to promote engagement and confidence.
- Use effective classroom and behaviour management strategies.
- Support pupils in developing academic, social, emotional and independent living skills.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, therapists, parents and external professionals.
- Contribute to plans and assessments to track progress and EHCP outcomes.
