The Meadows School is a specialist setting dedicated to high-quality education for students with diverse special educational needs. We seek a dedicated Full-Time Class Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to secondary-aged pupils, with possible Outdoor Education involvement.

The role involves planning, assessment, collaboration with staff and mentors for ECTs, and contributing to policy and curriculum development within the Manor Hall Academy Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting the needs of secondary-aged pupils in a special educational setting.
• Ability to organise and manage learning environments and resources.
• Use ICT effectively to support learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons with clear objectives.
• Support teaching assistants and contribute to curriculum planning and evaluation.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to parents and staff.
