Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Secondary School SEN Teacher to make a real difference for learners with SEMH. You will deliver engaging lessons, collaborate with parents, and contribute to whole-school initiatives.

The role runs until the end of the academic year, with potential for permanence for the right candidate. We require a recognised teaching qualification, relevant SEN experience, and solid knowledge of the National Curriculum.

• Delivering engaging and interactive lessons specifically tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
• Communicating effectively with parents and carers to discuss student progress and foster strong home-school partnerships.
• Actively participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school training events to contribute to our collaborative environment.
• Planning and preparing comprehensive lessons across the National Curriculum, expertly adapting content to be accessible and engaging for all learners.
