Job summary

London South East Academies Trust is seeking an inspirational Home Tutor to support SEMH pupils unable to attend school. You will deliver personalised learning, work closely with families, promote wellbeing, and help pupils reintegrate into education where possible.

Teachers from mainstream secondary or specialist education backgrounds with exceptional teaching and learning skills are welcome. The Trust emphasises high expectations and safeguarding in all roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or tutoring to learners with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Ability to deliver personalised education and adapt to individual pupil needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised educational support to SEMH pupils who are unable to attend school.
• Deliver engaging learning tailored to each pupil and their family.
• Support reintegration into education where appropriate and monitor progress.
