Qualifikationen

• Engagement with learners and ambition support
• Passion for positive impact on students
• Degree in a relevant teaching subject or SEN equivalent (desirable)
• QTS/QTLS or willingness to pursue; Specialist teaching qualification desirable
• Experience in a school environment, preferably secondary
• Experience teaching English, Maths or Science to at least grade 4/C
• Understanding of alternative provision for students with special needs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Professional communication with students and staff
• Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding and British values
• Effective time management for planning, delivery and assessment
