Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join a progressive secondary school in Bury St Edmunds. You will plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (GCSE), ensuring safety in the lab and strong pupil progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons across KS3 and KS4 (GCSE).
• Take charge of full teaching responsibilities including lab safety, planning, assessment and marking.
• Facilitate safe, hands-on experiments connected to theory.
• Differentiate lessons to challenge high achievers and support others.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine schemes of work and support STEM activity.
