Job summary

West Bromwich Collegiate Academy, an oversubscribed secondary school in the Black Country, is seeking a passionate and creative Science teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences for KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative team and help drive strategic development across the academy.

We are looking for a teacher who can inspire, motivate and enthuse pupils, maintain high standards of learning and behaviour, and use technology to enhance lessons.

Qualifications

• Have experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4.
• Be an exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of learning and behaviour.
• Be able to inspire, motivate and enthuse pupils.
• Be committed to raising standards and open to ongoing improvement.
• Show willingness to lead initiatives and demonstrate impact.
• Demonstrate a passion to make a difference to others.
• Be proficient with technology for learning and willing to innovate.
