Formación

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification, where required for the role.
• Has a degree or strong academic background in Psychology or a related discipline.
• Can explain theories and research methods clearly.
• Encourages critical thinking and evidence-based discussion.
• Is committed to supporting students' academic progress.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Psychology at KS5, with additional social science teaching where appropriate.
• Deliver lessons covering psychological approaches, research methods and key studies.
• Develop students' analytical writing and examination technique.
• Use assessment and feedback to support progress and identify learning needs.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and student enrichment.
