Supply Desk is seeking a Psychology Teacher for a full-time position in the Watford area, starting this September. The role involves planning and delivering engaging psychology lessons, tracking progress, and contributing to the wider school community.

You will require QTS and psychology knowledge, with a passion for developing analytical and evaluative skills in students. The school supports CPD and a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• QTS is required for this role in the UK.
• Psychology teaching experience or subject knowledge is essential.
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered learning and safeguarding.
• Strong ability to manage and engage a diverse classroom.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons to students across ages and abilities.
• Track and report students progress.
• Liaise with parents to deliver reports.
• Support students in developing theories, research methods and key concepts.
• Encourage analytical, evaluative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Contribute to after-school clubs and school initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes.
