Job summary

First For Education is partnering with a high-achieving Wolverhampton secondary school to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teacher. The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience delivering engaging lessons across KS3-KS4 (KS5 desirable).

You will inspire curiosity, manage classrooms effectively, and maintain safeguarding standards within a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• QTS required and successful teaching track record.
• Experience delivering across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
• Ability to deliver across a range of subjects and maintain pupil wellbeing.
• Commitment to safeguarding and high behaviour standards.
• Enhanced DBS on update service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3-KS4.
• Adapt teaching to different classroom environments.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff on pupil progress.
• Support safeguarding and pupil wellbeing initiatives.
