Job summary

Oak Tree Primary School in Burgess Hill is seeking a caring, motivated Teaching Assistant to support learning across the classroom. You will work closely with teachers to help pupils grow, stay inclusive, and foster a positive, respectful environment.

The role is permanent, term-time plus INSET days, with hours 08:30–15:00 on weekdays. Salary is £25,185 per year (£16,483 pro rata). Interviews to be advised.
