Job summary

Elderbrook School, part of Kedleston Group, is seeking two teachers to join a brand new primary provision opening in Summer Term 2027. You will help build the program from the ground up, teaching across KS1 and KS2 with a focus on SEND and SEMH needs.

We value dedicated professionals who can plan engaging lessons, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and colleagues to support each child’s academic and personal growth. QTS is required; SEND experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• QTS required to teach across KS1 and KS2.
• SEND qualification desirable.
• Experience in SEN settings, preferably SEMH.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to CPD and innovative teaching methods.
