Aspire People is recruiting Supply Teachers for schools across Lincolnshire and East Riding to provide cover for absent staff with opportunities in primary education. This role offers flexible working hours and competitive daily rates based on qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate is a qualified teacher with QTS, reliable and punctual, and able to adapt to various classroom environments while delivering engaging lessons to students.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A passion for education and the ability to engage with students.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• DBS check (Enhanced) or willingness to apply for one.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Previous experience in teaching.

Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
• Managing classroom behaviours and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Following school policies and lesson plans provided.
• Reporting student progress and managing any issues that arise during the day.
• Adapting to different teaching environments and needs as required.
