Job summary

Axcis Education is seeking a flexible Primary Supply Teacher to work within a welcoming LEO Academy Trust school in Sutton. This ad-hoc role offers regular weekly shifts and potential progression to longer-term positions.

You will cover KS1 and KS2, deliver engaging lessons, and maintain a positive classroom environment while using Google Classroom and school systems. Immediate start available, with PAYE rate £150-£190 per day.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Ability to teach KS1 and/or KS2 with strong behaviour management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfort with Google Classroom or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day and weekly supply cover across KS1 and KS2.
• Deliver engaging lessons following school plans.
• Create an inclusive, well-managed classroom environment.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and staff.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies.
