Start date is ASAP, with salary on the MPS/UPS scale dependent on experience. You will plan and deliver tailored activities, adapt methods to individual needs, and work closely with teaching assistants, families and external professionals to support pupils’

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or inclusive practice.
• Ability to adapt resources and teaching approaches to individual needs.
• Clear, calm classroom management and routines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver personalised learning activities for primary pupils.
