Vision for Education is recruiting enthusiastic Primary School Teachers to work across schools in Chelmsford and surrounding areas.

We offer a range of roles to suit experience and availability, including daily supply, short-term and long-term placement with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Two suitable professional references.

Responsabilités

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Supporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
• Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of individual learners.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
• Assessing pupil progress and providing appropriate feedback.
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
