Qualifications

• QTS usually required, though those looking to train can find placements within our partner schools.
• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Proven experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
• Passionate about primary education and committed to student success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering high-quality, age-appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning space.
• Communicating regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
• Participating in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
