Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a Curriculum Support Assistant in the Outdoor and Physical Education department. This role involves supporting students in and out of class and attending residential days as required.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and Maths at A-C, experience with behavioural needs, and strong communication with staff, students and parents. Local Government Pension Scheme and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent.
• Experience supporting students with behavioural difficulties and/or additional needs one-to-one or in small groups.
• Excellent communication with staff, students, parents/carers and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support in class or on a one-to-one basis.
• Assist with attendance, behaviour and progress across the curriculum.
