Job summary

Winner Education is seeking a Nursery Practitioner for a position in Willesden. The role involves delivering high-quality care and development for children within an EYFS setting, following the EYFS framework and maintaining safe, stimulating environments.

You will build strong relationships with children and their families, observe development, and work with the Room Leader to support learning both indoors and outdoors. A genuine passion for childcare and a child-centred approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
• At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge
• Ability to build strong nurturing relationships with children and parents
• Genuine passion for childcare and child development
• Child-centred approach and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of care, learning and development for all children
• Follow the EYFS framework and support children's individual development
• Create a safe, caring and stimulating environment
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues and other professionals
• Observe, assess and review children's development
• Take responsibility for your key children and maintain accurate records
• Provide an engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment
• Support children through practical, creative and educational activities
• Work closely with the Room Leader and wider nursery team
• Promote the safety, welfare and wellbeing of every child
