Job summary

Suffolk New College in Ipswich is seeking a dedicated Military and Protective Services Lecturer to inspire learners across our department. A background in Military or Protective Services, alongside a drive to uphold service standards, would be advantageous.

Outdoor activities and Duke of Edinburgh experience are welcomed. You will hold a degree or equivalent in a related subject, plus a teaching qualification or a plan to obtain one within a set period, and maths/english to Level 2 or higher.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related subject.
• A teaching qualification or a commitment to obtain one within a specified period after commencement.
• Maths and English to Level 2 or above.

Responsibilities

• To undertake teaching and assessment, and deliver an exceptional experience to all learners, monitoring progress and achievement and working as a team member with colleagues.
