Marchant Recruitment is helping a highly regarded mixed school in Brentwood recruit a Maths Teacher. You will deliver engaging, differentiated Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4 and play a key role in developing confident, capable learners.

The successful candidate will plan, assess progress and use data to inform planning, working within a supportive, high-expectations department that values collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Strong knowledge of Mathematics content and pedagogy.
• Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE).
• Experience planning and delivering engaging Mathematics lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to differentiate effectively and challenge high‑achieving pupils.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
