Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a Mathematics Teacher for a well-regarded school in Bishop's Stortford. The role focuses on delivering engaging KS3 and KS4 lessons in a positive, ambitious environment with strong pastoral and academic support.

You will plan effectively, differentiate as needed, and use assessment to drive pupil progress while upholding high behavioural standards. ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply, subject to UK work requirements.

Qualifications

• Mathematics teacher with ability to teach KS3 and KS4.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
• Excellent lesson planning and classroom management skills.
• Ability to differentiate lessons effectively.
• Experience assessing and monitoring student progress.
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Legal ability to work within the UK.
