Job summary

SEND Inclusion Support in Newark is seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to plan and deliver engaging maths lessons for diverse learners. You will differentiate teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a wide range of abilities and needs, including those with Additional Needs, ASD, ADHD and trauma histories.

You will foster a calm, inclusive classroom, monitor progress, maintain high expectations, and work closely with colleagues across teaching, pastoral and therapeutic teams to support

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified teacher or an experienced maths practitioner.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
• Ability to adapt lessons for pupils with ASD, ADHD, attachment needs and trauma.
