Competenze

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
• Excellent classroom teaching with strong subject and curriculum knowledge.
• Plans and delivers well-structured, engaging lessons that sustain curiosity and momentum.
• Accurately assesses, monitors, and responds to the strengths and needs of pupils, including SEND and EAL.
• Builds warm, respectful relationships with pupils and maintains high standards of behaviour.
