• Able to plan and deliver effective Maths lessons across the age and ability range.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and review high-quality Maths lessons matched to pupils' needs, abilities and prior knowledge.
• Use assessment information to identify gaps and plan appropriate interventions.
• Support pupils to make strong progress in mathematical understanding, confidence and attainment.
• Contribute to intervention, enrichment and wider departmental activities; support assessments and examinations.
• Work as part of the Maths department to promote high standards of numeracy and mathematical terminology.
