Qualifications

• Exceptional classroom practice and effective teaching across the full age/ability range.
• Ability to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and mark lessons.
• Provide constructive feedback to students, both written and verbally.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments and track progress.
• Attend departmental meetings and communicate with parents.
• Share best practice within and beyond the department.
• Lead extracurricular enrichment activities to extend learning.
