Job summary

Charnwood College is seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Teacher of Mathematics to join a thriving department. You will deliver engaging lessons to students across Key Stages 3 to 5, uphold high behavioural standards, and drive strong progress and attainment.

The role offers full-time, permanent employment with a salary on the M1 to UPS3 scale (£34,069 - £52,835 FTE) and access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme, CPD, and regional trust collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in specialist subject/ teaching qualification.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to Key Stage 3–5 with engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Support high standards of behaviour and student progress through effective assessment.
• Contribute to wider life of the school and CPD opportunities.
