Job summary

Explore Learning is seeking tutors to coach and mentor children aged 4–16, delivering sessions with our Compass tool. You’ll build relationships, support progress, and help learners tackle 11+ and GCSE content while following the national curriculum.

This permanent, part-time role offers set shifts, room to grow, and opportunities to contribute to a caring, professional team committed to safeguarding children.

Qualifications

• Must have GCSE grade 6 or above in Maths and English Language or equivalent.
• Experience tutoring children 4–16 across the national curriculum preferred.
• Able to commit to at least 6 hours per week over multiple weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored sessions using Compass to facilitate learning.
• Build meaningful relationships in a safe, inspiring learning environment.
• Support learners with curriculum content and exam preparation (11+/GCSE).
