Job summary

Dorset Council UK is seeking an outstanding mathematics teacher to start January 2027. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons across Years 9 to 13, inspiring students to love the subject and achieve excellent results.

An ability to teach another subject would be advantageous and the post may suit newly or recently qualified teachers, with potential for a TLR for exceptional candidates. We are looking for a committed team player with humour and drive to thrive in an outstanding school.

Qualifications

• Plans and delivers high-quality mathematics lessons.
• Aims for excellent student results and progress.
• Willing to teach Years 9–13; adding another subject is an advantage.
• Newly or recently qualified teachers welcome; experienced candidates may be considered with a possible TLR for exceptional performers.
