Qualifications

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in an educational setting.
• Experience supporting children with SEND (e.g. autism, ADHD, dyslexia).
• Strong understanding of how children learn and how to support individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote the learning and personal development of the assigned pupil.
• Support pupil in group and one-to-one settings, clarifying instructions and using resources.
• Motivate and provide appropriate levels of individual attention and support with tasks.
