TLTP Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to work with a school in Stanmore, delivering engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2. The role focuses on building confidence, curiosity and independence while supporting pupils’ academic and social development.

The successful candidate will adapt teaching to diverse needs, use inclusive practices, and collaborate with support staff to ensure each child reaches their potential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally across KS1 and KS2.
• Strong understanding of the primary national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
• Ability to plan, deliver and differentiate engaging lessons for a range of learning needs.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet pupils' individual needs.
• Create an inclusive, safe classroom environment that promotes learning.
• Maintain high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour and participation.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, informing future lesson planning.
