Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the school, ensuring high standards of achievement, behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
• Lead, support and develop staff, promoting excellent teaching and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive a broad, ambitious curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils and supports strong outcomes.
• Manage resources, finances and facilities effectively to deliver the school's priorities.
• Work with governors, families, the Trust and the wider community to deliver sustainable school improvement and accountability.
