Qualificações

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Proven senior leadership experience in a school.
• Ability to lead improvement with data and evidence.
• Strong budgeting and resource management skills.
• Commitment to inclusion and pupil wellbeing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inspirational and effective leadership, establishing a clear vision and high expectations.
• Lead on school improvement, with collaborative work with the Trust and governing body.
• Ensure high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning across the curriculum.
• Lead staff development and performance management.
• Oversee safeguarding, safety, finances, premises and operations.
