• Substantial track record of highest pupil outcomes in a high-performing or aspirational context.
• Deep curriculum expertise and academic rigour with a clear teaching philosophy.
• Senior leadership experience in primary education with demonstrated impact on standards.
• Ambitious, aspirational leadership benchmarking against the best schools nationally.
• Excellent ability to lead, develop and inspire a staff team and build capacity.
• Strong relational skills to build trust with parents, governors, staff and community.

• Excellent safeguarding knowledge and statutory compliance in primary settings.

• Set and drive an ambitious vision for academic excellence with rigorous curriculum design and teaching.
• Lead, develop and hold to account a talented staff team, building leadership capacity at every level.
• Use data and evidence to track pupil progress and intervene early where needed.
• Sustain outstanding behaviour culture and uphold kindness, courage and respect.
• Broaden the school's offer academically, culturally and in enrichment to compete with top peers.
• Build strong relationships with parents, governors and local community and maintain reputation.
• Work with the CEO and Executive Team as an active EMET headteacher community member.
• Ensure safeguarding culture and statutory compliance are maintained at the highest standard.
