Qualifications

• NPQH required.
• Independent K12 experience required.
• Experience as Headteacher or senior school leader.
• Proven ability to raise standards and improve outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading change and school improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Data analysis and evidence-driven decision-making ability.
• Strategic thinker with resilient, adaptable leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership that drives a positive and high-performing school culture.
• Lead strategic development and continuous improvement of Beech Hall School.
• Championing excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum delivery.
• Ensure safeguarding, wellbeing, and pastoral care for all students.
• Build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Using data and quality assurance processes to drive student outcomes and informed decision-making.
• Managing school operations, resources, and financial sustainability effectively.
• Building strong partnerships with parents, governors, external agencies, and the wider community.
• Collaborating across the Blenheim Schools Group to share best practices and contribute to future growth and innovation.
• Acting as an ambassador for the school, enhancing its reputation and profile both internally and externally.
