• A thorough understanding of safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

• Building, developing and motivating high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring and professional development
• Using data, self-evaluation and quality assurance processes to drive student outcomes and informed decision-making
• Managing school operations, resources and financial sustainability effectively
• Building strong partnerships with parents, governors, external agencies and the wider community
• Collaborating across the Blenheim Schools Group to share best practice and contribute to future growth and innovation
