Job summary

The Swan at Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen and inspire a team to deliver high-grade dishes. You’ll manage all aspects of the kitchen and support the attached 8-room hotel as part of the Innkeepers Collection in a rural pub setting.

You’ll oversee food ordering, prep, stock control and menu execution while ensuring health and hygiene compliance, driving guest satisfaction and brand standards across our pubs.
